The Global Disc Golf League is a Disc Golf Valley league where participants compete against each other in a series of cumulative points-based events for fame, glory, and prizes!
Every player who finishes an event in 250th place or higher will earn points. Points will be awarded using the following formula:
251 - [Player's Placement] = Points
Example: Charlie finishes in 56th place.
251 - 56 = 195 points for the event
If multiple players tie for place, they will all receive the same points for that week.
There may be occasional Bonus Round opportunities throughout the Season. The points details for those weeks' Bonus Round(s) will be detailed when the Events' IDs are posted.
The final season standings will be calculated by adding together all the points a player earns in each of the 10 season events.
The player with the most cumulative points across all 10 Events will be the Global Disc Golf League Season Champion!
Ties will only be broken when prizes are concerned.

The Challenge the Valley Course and the Themed Layout will both be announced along with the Event Code each week.
Only registered players will be eligible for prizes and/or included on the GDG League leaderboard. Click Here to Register. Unregistered players will be removed from the leaderboard after Week 5 and registration will be closed. Points will be redistributed to registered players at that point.
Players are only allowed to play a week's event one (1) time using one (1) DGV account. Any identified instance of a player using multiple accounts in an event will result in 0 points on their registered account for that week. If a player is caught using multiple accounts during two (2) or more events in the same season, they will be disqualified for the rest of the GDG League season.
Only players who complete all 36 holes of an event will be eligible for points that week.
Players may play all event rounds at their own pace, but they must complete the rounds during the announced time window. If a player's rounds are not completed when the event window locks, they will be ineligible for points that week. (See Rule #3)
Players must refrain from sharing or posting any layout specifics (holes, order, wind conditions, etc) that don't appear on GlobalDiscGolf.club before an event begins. The intent is for all players to encounter unknown layouts equally unaware.
Players must be on the most recent release version of Disc Golf Valley to participate in the GDG League.
In the case that an Event round includes unexpected and/or misconfigured layouts or bag settings, all players must continue with the round. Scores for affected rounds will count towards the week's results as if they were the intended settings.
Players will be eligible to win the weekly Latitude64 gift card each week even if they won it in previous weeks.
Any disputes or unforeseen circumstances will be resolved by the Global Disc Golf Club commissioner in the most fair and unbiased way. Commissioner decisions are final. Send any questions or concerns to League@GlobalDiscGolf.club
